- At these Centres, welfare products & services can be provided.
- Countries can have these Centres permanently at various locations.
- The location may depend upon the area and population in need of the aid.
- The deliverables can be provided in normal times as well as during calamities.
Other Notes :-
- The Centre should be constructed at a height to avoid water logging during rains or floods.
- All the structures at the Centre should be Earthquake resistant with state-of-the-art facilities.
- The distance between any two Centres should be reacheable to avoid burden on nearest Centre.
- The Centre should have abundant storage facilities to avoid shortage of any deliverables.
- It should have a crowd management system to handle distribution process properly.
- It should be quick to supply the deliverables to any part in its coverage / allotted area.
Special Notes :-
- The Centres may have a Helipad & a small Runway enabling Air supply route.
- It should have good Connectivity in terms of Communication & Transport.
- A road corridor can be constructed from the Centre to the nearest railway station.
- It should have sufficient manpower to respond to any emergency situation.
- It should have uninterrupted replenishment to ensure round-the-clock delivery of Humanitarian Aid.
